We are located within walking distance of all of the local attractions, but far enough away that it is a quite and relaxing around the hotel.

The Area

While most people come to the Anchor Lodge Hotel to relax and most do not leave the hotel grounds during their stay, there is a wide range of facilities within the local area including:

• Supermarkets
• Wine Merchants
• Internet Cafe

Most of these facilities are within walking distance, taking around 15 minutes to walk to the town centre. There is no public transport between the hotel and town, however a Taxi is available at a minimal cost.
